If you experience connectivity or other problems related to your phone we always recommend to try the following:
Delete the headphones from the Bluetooth menu on your phone. Turn off the headphones Restart your phone Re-connect the headphones via Bluetooth (remember to put them into pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button for 7 seconds).
